Don't become a rain customer, falls advertising just to rob you

People, for those who are here to check for good reviews on rain before you give them a shot, don't waist your time and for those whose already a rain customer, change and tell your family and friends to do the same. Most pathetic service provider ever. Been a customer with rain for almost 5 years and never got any good experience that I can even rate them a single star. I have one of the older packages that I don't think they have available anymore, been paying for 60mbps and believe me never got more than 10mbps ever. I was looking and looking for a new service provider which my area had none at the moment but thank God Vuma fibre came to install finally and now I can gladly say goodbye rain, you bunch of *******s quick to bill you but when it comes to service they make you speak to a robot. I was promised a call last month already, but nothing. Again the day before yesterday as my speed dropped to 0.5mbps, robot logged a ticket but no1 called. All I want from them is just to fix the network till month end so I can tell them to f off and come fetch your router and try and rip of someone else with it. I've got my security cameras in constant need of a network which rain is not giving a rats ass. Network so beyond pathetic their own app don't even wanna work on it.
