Sick and tired of rain cant get hold of them and when we do nobody assists us - been waiting a month for support to give us a call and when you call and do a call back no one ever answers

Updating on my payment date
still waiting for my outside router
since i have this router I never have internet every time i complain the support team said they will send a service tech but that also never happens
Once again my internet will be shut down as no payment but i have been trying to update the payment for the last 2 months now
