Done in by Rain Network

I have a huge complaint about Rain network. I bought a sim card and opted for a R250 a month service. We were experiencing problems so contacted Rain and a consultant told me to go to my dashboard and increase my limit, she assured me that after my R500 limit is reached it will automatically cancelled and no further charges will be made. I then received my bill and was charged over R4000. This is impossible we used more than R500 so therefor we have been ****med and done in. When i phoned again to query it i asked for the recording to be played back to state my case and was told there are no recordings. I feel that what Rain offers and what they do is ******** offence and hope my case will be sorted out.
