Don not apply for anything from Rain

It's been a very long time I've been sitting with the same problem my ticket number is *** I still have no internet and these suckers expect payment for a service that's not working. The only reply you get on this message you leave here is from this guy(person) Mosa saying that one of the Rain agents will get in contact with you soon and nothing ever happens. I told them so many times that the tower is out this has been taking place from last year already and up to this day nothing is done. They quick to deduct your money, but fail epically to deliver any kind of Service. Once again people don't believe anything Rain is advertising on TV .
