Absolute joke! I have never had a worse experience in my life. How long does it take to cancel a service that you can't even use? 0.51 Mbps maximum lately while paying R1000 for 5G. LOL. I should commend them, they really did a number on me.

This place is a disgrace and when one day, in a few months when they finally get back to me about cancelling, I can afford to go to someone who doesn't ***** my money even though I've requested a cancellation moths ago.

For now, I'll just spend the R1000 on mobile data on top of this **** a month so I can actually do my job.

Good luck to anyone looking for customer service. It's nonexistent too.
