Does rain have customer service?
I have had endless issues with Rain. Currently they are experiencing issues with towers and theft cool. However I do have network in my area thing is I cannot leave my lounge if so anywhere else in my house has no signal. My bedroom is 4 meters from my router yet my router disconnects continously. I sent rain 4 tickets and no callback or reply. They only called me this morning when I requested to buy another product u want money but u cannot provide service shameful

I spoke to Zizipho I still have no reference number or anything I'm still waiting for a response on my tickets. I call *** and Im prompted to press 1 for support but it doesn't work can I please get a CD number that works.
I cannot wait another 3 weeks for assistance

26 Apr 2023, 18:41I can't believe you guys would rather have me complain on this platform than call me directly and do the troubleshooting pathetic RAIN it's time to shift my service provider.
I am connected to to 2.5 ghz I than switch to 5ghz but I am getting the same issue. Can somebody please help me I am paying for a service I expect it to be working. You guys are quick to remind me that payment is due you guys are quick to call me for a sales call but when I have a problem I gotta wait 3 weeks for nothing you only called becoz I requested a sales call. It shows how much you value your clients
