Does Rain even have customer support

Have have been experiencing issues with rain of late. I have tried to cancel my 5g since the end of last month with no luck. The incompetence of this company and the people I have dealt with is extraordinary. I have one call center agent that has been able to sort of assist me in escalating and issue but nothing has come of it. I wish to cancel all my sims and connection with rain since they have been so useless in assisting me over the phone and by email (since no-one ever responds).

The ticket that get created have a link that doesn't work because I cant log in. a site that if you try do something on doesn't function properly or display properly. *********** staff they cant or wont help. no management to assist ever.

The 5G has worked well for me and would have recommended it to people however due to the service you receive with canceling. I will be recommending people to avoid their services due to this nightmare of customer support.
