Does not execute cancellation, still debits account

Requested Cancellation 3 months ago and every month after that, ROSINA promised to cancel and refund my money as the cancellation was requested 3 months ago. She replies, then does reply for 2 weeks! ref ***, I have sent through countless emails and cannot get another to process my refunds and cancel the damn contract!
