Does anyone have a 56kbps dial-up modem? It will be faster.
Poor download speed!! Can't use the word "SPEED", because that is something it definitely isn't. I have complained about their tower numerous times, and every time the generic answer is given: 'The site you are connecting to has technical difficulties. A technician is attending to the problem, however we cannot give an ETA of completion.' WHAT UTTER BULL!!!!!

The co-ordinates of the tower that your so-called technician knows where the hell he is going to. Sort it out!!!!!!!
