Do we have to do this every month

Why does it show on your website that i owe R4,012.35 and on the phone app it shows i ower R3273.35 Rain i do not owe 4k my line was off for the month of june and july. if you not double debiting now you adding extra fees for data not used onto my bill no man i am really ****ed at this service now. I also asked one of your consultants to move my payment date to the last day of the month when she called. And she also said she was going to send me her email address which i still have not received.
