Do not waste your time with Rain!! Their WiFi never has network and they won’t help you cancel.

We are absolutely appalled by the service we are getting from RAIN!! We have been loyal customers for the past 2 years and then in March we moved to a different house, still in the same area. We called them when we got there to ask for help because the network was not good at all but we were being given the run around. Calls were being dropped on us, promises to call back and fix the network were made but we still got no help. For over a month we had no network until we decided to move to a different service provider and now rain is refusing to cancel our contract. They claim we have an outstanding balance but how when we never used the WiFi? And they were well aware that we are not able to use the WiFi? Ontop of that a very rude agent called us, telling us where to get off when we tried to explain our situation. Is that how they train their staff? Telling them to be rude to customers?
