Do not use Rain, worst service ever. My husband ordered a rain simcard and paid upfront for the internet package which they have already deducted the money. To date no communication or any response has been received from Rain even after sending numerous messages through their pathetic support services so called helpline. I would not recommend anyone to use purchase a sim from Rain, their service is beyond appalling.
