DO NOT use RAIN, whatever you do, they are terrible

This has been my experience dealing with RAIN, from signing up, to trying to RICA, to trying to cancel my SIM, to trying to reach suport.

I received the sim, could not rica it because their website was broken, it took me a week, and they charged me for a full month I have now submitted a total of 7 tickets to RAIN. website is broken. I have tried cancelling this useless simcard 2 months ago.... the website confirmed that it was going to be cancelled en of may. In june when I checked again, i saw the service was STILL active. then I cancelled AGAIN. then it notified me that the cancellation would take effect end of JUNE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

RAIN then took R250 out of my account today. i have called my bank to dispute and reverse the transaction. because I have been trying to cancel this for two months. I will also be taking them to small claims court if they attempt to take money from me again.

I would like to add, this has been the worst experience I have EVER had with a service provider. your speeds are unusable and your support does not exist. The fact that you closed RAIN call centre and removed your contact details is disgusting.

I want to warn every individual considering using RAIN. Stay far away from this service provider, it is not only a ****, but they will continuously take your money, because you are unable to cancel due to the faulty website
