Do not use Rain they will deduct without authorisation

It's been 4 months and Rain collected my device and deducted money they were not authorised to do so. Evens after logging a complaint on hellopeter they called me and said my refund will be processed and nothing to date...They asked for my banking details in April and collected the device in May it's nearly end of July now and my account was requested for closure last year September 2021 already, someone did not close this account and then they have the audacity to refund me short for their mistake and well not like I evens received the 2500 they deducted since closure was requested and still deducted small amounts after asking for my banking information.
