DO NOT USE RAIN NETWORK...YOU WILL BE LEFT ALONE STRANDED WITH THEIR ROOTER WHILE THEY KEEP DEBITING YOUR MONEY

Rain was very effective in the purchasing process of my router,their service was excellent when they wanted me to buy.Fast forward to June,for 2 days now we have been connected with internet. And their support customer serves line just ring unanswered. I intentionally called their sales department to see if it will be answered or not...to my shocking surprise the sales line are answered very quick while the support line are left answered. Rain customer service is the worst.i will be taking my business somewhere else as this inconveniencing me and and my family. I will never recommend Rain to anyone ,not even to my worst enemy.
