DO NOT USE RAIN ISP!!!!!!!

After two weeks of struggle someone from rain called me after demanding many times to speak to someone. They walked me through the steps to try and make my internet better (it was fine before). After the entire setup it was actually worse and still cant use the internet, can't even load google home page during the day. By the way Rain if you are reading this. I'm using my mobile data to post this, obviously not your internet. Anyways, after the entire setup I asked the guy why is it so bad and his reply was Rain is bad, we are sharing a tower with other networks and we have to many people on the ISP. Well Rain..... stop advertising and selling your stupid internet and upgrade your system so there can be more users on. Just a suggestion, but who am I, I don't know anything. Oh and I know you say the speed is "up to 10mbps" please change it to up to 1mbps then you wont have so many complaints. Or I would like to see my bill fluctuate like you speed. I also want to pay up to R480 a month and not a fixed price.
