Do not use Rain Internet services

Do not use Rain services as they advise you that should u not wish to use it or cannot afford it for a month you simply do not pay sort of like a prepaid service. THIS IS NOT TRUE. THEY DO NOT ONLY DEBIT U THEY RESERVE THE PAYMENT SO U ARE U. ABLE TO REVERSE IT AT THE BANK. IT DOES NOT EVEN REFLECT AT THE BANK AS THEY RESERVE IT AS IF U HAVE PAID MAKING A PURCHASE. I HAVE HAD 0USAGE FOR TJE MONTH OF MARCH AND CANCELLED MY CARD AND STILL I WAS DEBITED. Please be aware of this fact. I did not sign a contract stating that I pay monthly even if no usage. I did not sign for a prescription and I HAVE CANCELLED MY CARD!!! YET STILL BEING DEBITED AND STATING RESERVED O. MY ACCOUNT. The towers are so congested that most of the time u do not even get to use it at all. Yet they don't offer u another option and do not charge u as per usage. No they still debit the fill amount. If any info needed about my corrispondance and my bank notifications and my account showing no usage what so ever. Just give me a call I will forward any time. I ACTUALLY DO NOT WISH TO GIVE THEM ANY RATING HOWEVER THIS REQUIRED ME TO DO SO TO BE ABLE TO TYPE MY REVIEW.
