DO NOT USE RAIN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER

This is the worst Internet Service Provider ever!!! After established that my area is covered, I collected a sim card from Clicks, then followed the steps by making a payment for the R479 package just to find out that 'Oh, sorry your specific address will have poor reception. We will cancel the order and give you a refund." It is now almost 4 weeks and no refund - on my log-in there is no where to cancel my banking details so most probably they will take money from my account. I have emailed numerous times with no response. There is also no telephone number or call centre number to phone????
