Do Not use Rain Internet!

Service and Internet Connection is absolutely disgusting. Quick to setup and collect the monthly payments however the internet is down more than what it is on. Request a call back and get absolutely nothing, having to reset at least 3 to 4 times a day in order to receive little to no internet connectivity. Every time you call in, its always "A problem with a tower" with no lead times as to when it will be repaired. Which at this point leads me to believe that the Problematic tower is just an excuse that is used for all complaints. A complete waste of time.
