Do not use RAIN for internet - NO SERVICE FROM THEM

I bought a Rain sim from Takealot which was delivered on the 6th of May 2020 which I tried to activate online on the Rain website. This was supposed to be an easy process, but does not work as easy as Rain make it out to be. I received an error message saying that my ID nr was missing and contacted RAIN on the 7th of May 2020 via the contact form on the website (which is the only way to contact RAIN). I got a quick reply asking for my ID number, which I immediately sent with a copy of my ID and proof of residence for RICA purposes. I also mentioned that it was urgent, but it does not seem to make any difference. It is now 5 days later and have not received any feedback from RAIN - so no internet.... They cannot deliver a service and would not recommend them to anyone. On the other hand, I ordered fibre on Saturday and on Monday it was installed so RAIN has go no excuse...
