DO NOT USE RAIN

I have been using Rain for about 5 months and it has been good until a few weeks ago. I have been struggling with these people to get my internet working again. They first started off by saying the towers are down. Then they say they are going to connect you to another tower close by. But not long after that, internet goes down again. Then they tell you to place your router by the closest open window facing the tower you are now connected to. This obviously did not work. After many, many phone calls, I finally asked for a technician to test and/or replace my router as it seems to be a router issue. I lost count of the number of times my query has been escalated. I have been without internet for 2.5 weeks and nobody seems to know what is going on. They just keep telling you the same thing over and over again. Please don't ever use Rain. Their customer service is poor. They don't really escalate your query as they say they do. And I even had their supervisor promise me she will escalate it, that was 3 days ago. DO NOT USE RAIN.
