What a horrible experience. If it was not the connection timing out because of their faulty towers, they take FOREVER to cancel. They tell you hassle free, but it is all the Hassle! I officially cancelled this contract on the 25 April after trying with no response from them. I was then debited on the 25th of May. Upon calling, they tried to tell me that it was because I used the service, which was FALSE, because their router was already off. I am now battling together my refund back and am being told stories from different departments. Refund was supposed to come after 7 days (5 June). I am now being told that it was only credited and that my refund is not on system. Horrible service, Horrible communication.
