Do not use Rain!!

I'm extremely frustrated with my internet service. For the umpteenth time, I'm experiencing issues and can't connect to my regular site. When I fall back to the 4G tower, the internet doesn't work - a problem I've repeatedly reported. This has been dragging on since Saturday. Despite always paying on time, it feels like Rain prioritizes taking my money over delivering a decent service. I've reported the issue via WhatsApp, but got no feedback. When I called, I was left on hold for 10 minutes with no one answering. It's infuriating, especially since this is my only option now. The lack of reliable service is unacceptable!
