Do not use rain

My router and simcard got ****** and I reported it on the app. I emailed multiple times and used the app and no one got back to me. I decided to cancel the sim card in September since the network was not good anyway. I called the helpline and the person assisting could not answer why they were charging me for a full month when I canceled the sim after 9 days. She said she will have her supervisor call me back and they never did. They have been trying to take money from my account every month since then even with them knowing my card was canceled. My balance is accumulating for something I am not using They will charge you money without providing any services. Their helpline staff are ***********. 0/10 would not recommend
