DO NOT USE RAIN

Utterly poor connectivity in my area, with promises of refunding when pre-paying for signing up. I cancelled after only 3 days, it has now taken them 16 days from cancellation date to just get to the point of setting the refund in place, after I had to call them due to not answering any mails for the first week after cancelation, it has taken them more than a week to get to this point, and still I have to wait up to 10 days beyond this point to hopefully get my money back from them. If they actually offered me to do a prepaid option per GB as they advertise on their website before paying unnecessary amounts of money, it would have been fine, but they give you no option than paying R479 up front for their pathetic service, and I am still waiting for them to get back to me about the solution to the poor connectivity I enquired about before even cancelling.
