Do not under any circumstances use this service.

This is absolutely pathetic. I have logged numerous complaints in regards to my terrible network speeds, but have yet to receive any actual responses. When I push back for feedback, I get absolutely no response.

With internet speeds struggling for 100kbps, I would not advise anyone to support this company. My internet was advertised to be up to 10mbps but that is as far from the truth as possible. It was also advertised that streaming would be optimal in 360p but that was a blatant lie from the company.

I will definitely be cancelling my sim and looking elsewhere for something. I'd rather pay for a capped network as I will at least receive speeds higher than 100kbps.

I would advise any and all potential customers to steer clear of this service. I created my Hello Peter account specifically to advise/warn other consumers of the clear false advertising of this company.
