DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE SIGN UP WITH RAIN!

So after I wrote a review here about the shoddy service I have been unlucky to receive from Rain, one of their consultant called me and assured me that the account is cancelled and the outstanding balance that was incorrectly showing for a service not used would be written off. I then received a call from Easton Berry attorneys collections department and was told that I'm still liable to pay!! You can just imagine how furious I was and the poor consultant got the full brunt of my anger. Rain does not keep to their word and their consultants are not to be trusted, because not only did I not receive a confirmation email that the account was cancelled and any debt written off, but I'm still being hounded by their third party partners!! I'm fed up, I don't want to speak to any of their dumb consultants, I want an email sent to me as a cancellation confirmation with Easton Berry collections copied to write off this ****** amount. For two years getting billed for a service we have not been using because we moved to a farm!! Save yourself the grief and DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE SIGN UP WITH THIS SERVICE PROVIDER!!!
