They deserve a rating of zero, DO NOT SUBCRIBE TO RAIN INTERNET. They have zero support the agents lie to you and hide behind countless emails and never keep their promises. I have not had signal for over a week and nothing has been done about it, they ensure that they advertise everywhere but they do not have capacity to provide secure unlimited internet and support to assist all customers they are just interested in filling their pockets.
