Do not subscribe to rain. Bull**** network service

If I could give zero Stars i would. I'm so disappointed ar their poor service.byou call them they give you a run around, with no way forward. It's been a month now, my router not working, definitely tried everything but none of their solution are working. I told them to cancel but they're still giving me challenges with regards to that. I would not recommend rain.
