DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO RAIN

I am paying for a 10mbs connection yet I have not once seen speeds above 2mbs. The average like now I am connected at 0,19mbs (Speedtest.net) with a ping of 419 ms. I have logged 42 calls in the last 3 weeks and NOT ONCE have I been contacted. Rain has no customer support and doesnt give a **** about customer service
