Do not sign up with RAIN network they are *******.

This company has a very bad service but they are good at marketing a network that does not even work at all. No 24 hour contact centre to assist clients, no reply to emails. They are ******* hence they want people to sign up credit cards, I have been waiting for a refund for 2 months now. Both their offices in Johannesburg are closed because of Covid, their network does not even work enough for them to work from home. I WANT MY REFUND ASAP, I returned your router and sim card a long time ago.
