DO NOT SIGN UP WITH RAIN!!!!!

PLEASE DONT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I cancelled my service and have been on a Pre Paid service which means my billing gets debited on the beginning of the month for the month. So I chatted to many chat agents on whatsapp and they've advised me that I would not get billed today, but the debit still went off. Any now i cannot get through to anyone. All i get is escalations which never get escalated really because i have never been contacted for any of these escalations. I really dont know how to get my refund.

Please everyone, for your own sanity, do NOT sign up with these guys. Their Internet service is absolutely weak, Their customer service is pathetic.

I am going to sue this company and make sure they never **** again
