DO NOT SIGN UP WIT RAIN INTERNET PROVIDER!!!! BEWARE!!

Be very careful when signing up with Rain internet providers. Its all good when they want to take your money but the after sales service is horrible. The lightning damaged my company router 3 weeks ago ON THE 16TH OF NOVEMBER and despite numerous phone calls for assistance i have just been ignored. No one has contacted me to assist me. Every day it cost me extra to have internet at my company. I will be charged at the end of January to pay for a service that i dont recieve, For support i dont recieve. I am very mad and dissapointed! rain is an absolute joke and does not care about its customers. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH RAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #RAINSEPUSH
