Do not sign up for rain

I ordered a 5G Premium account from Rain on 30 July 2020. I was pretty impressed to receive the modem a day or two later. Plugged it in and got 200 mbps. Tried to connect again the next morning and nothing. Moved the modem all over the place and nothing. Contacted rain support on 3 August. No reply within the stated 48 hours. Contacted them again on 6 August. Got a phone call from them on Sat 8 Aug. Agent asked me to try this and that... nothing worked... she then said she'll phone me back. Haven't heard from rain since.

I'm sure going to be unhappy if they take my money at the beginning of the new month.
