Do not sign a stop order with Rain Internet Service Provider!

Dear Mosa The sim card has not been activated and I have not received my money back!! Rain has a brilliant business model you can only pay by stop order which is really simple and efficient, but there is no system in place to get your money back. I have spoken to a no. of your customers who have the same problem. Cancelation is impossible. In four days I have had one email "A ticket has been opened" and of course your promise of response on hellopeter .
