Do not require the service anymore

I called rain today to cancel the subscription because I am not using the wifi anymore.

I explained to the guy that rain does not work in my area and it's pointless to pay for something that you not using. the guy advised that they will escalate the matter to get the network sorted. the matter is no the network I explained I don't have the phone and do not use the internet anymore but he keep insisting. Rain cancel the subscription and do not debit my account tomorrow.
