DO NOT recommend - Appalling

I decided to see what Rain was about as it seemed like good value for money despite the varied opinions and low-ratings. I purchased the RainOne product and it was not delivered but then I no longer needed it and it was not delivered anyway. I was charged a pro-rata fee which I'm yet to receive a refund for. This, after initially calling Rain on 8 May where I was advised by Pooja that the order would be cancelled and I would receive a refund. I've contacted them several times and got email proof that they have requested by banking details to process the refund, to which I responded but again, I'm yet to receive the refund.

I'm also currently paying for my partners RainOne product and even though she is connected via 4G, the best speeds she gets is 2-3mbps which is not good enough considering we're paying R600 per month. Rain promised several times to call back for this issue but to no avail and it's almost impossible to get through to their call center. The service is appalling.

I do not recommend Rain at all and will be cancelling my partner's account as well.
