Horrible. Thats just one word I can use to describe this company.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a long time now. There is zero help from anyone at that company, they don't even answer their phones. I am going to draw rain wifi on every platform if I don't get an answer soon.

Every time you try to cancel your account on their website their "submit" button does NOT work. They do this so they can suck all the money from your account. Its on purpose.

Please can anyone help. They just sent an email saying the prices are going to go up... the ****** cheek.
