DO NOT PURCHASE RAIN DATA OR SIM CARDS! IT’S A ****!

For anyone thinking of purchasing a rain sim or data bundle , stay away! This company is an absolute ****! Purchased a data bundle more than 3 weeks ago and attempted to activate a sim with no success. That is how they catching you, forcing you to buy a data bundle for hundreds of rand before you allowed to activate a sim. But the activation never works, there is no shop you can go to to get it sorted out, no contact telephone number to speak to someone, only a field where you can send a message through to no-one that exists on the other side. Despite sending over 20 of these messages via their website to get the sim activated so that I can use the bundle, I have not had a single response from the company . No other internet provider in SA forces you to buy a bundle in order to activate a sim. If their data bundles sound too good to be true it’s because it’s a ****! R479 down the drain and nothing to show for it. Please do not purchase anything off Rain.co.za, it’s a complete ****!
