Do not purchase rain!

I've had the worst experience with rain it's absolutely disgusting,does TCF not apply to rain or they just don't care?it's really annoying when companies start their service is excellent but as soon as they start making money they lose that, it takes long to get someone to assist you,their consultants disconnects phones when they are unable to answers questions and lastly rain billing system is flawed and the customer never wins.....they have odd debits,if your debit date is not there oh boy are you in trouble...worst part ******** want my money to cancel their service wow!
