Do not Order Rain internet.

I've had raid for one week. The service has been activated but constantly has no internet. I tried canceling within my 7 day period and the only help I could get was a damn ticket being submitted. I am so done with this bull**** service. I WILL SUBMIT A TICKET ONCE AGAIN IN HOPRS THAT SOMEONE CALLS ME!!!
