DO NOT ORDER RAIN 5G

Most unreliable internet service I've ever had. Complete joke! Speeds are ridiculously slow (can barely browse the web) and regularly stops working for hours. I'm in the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town and the technician said I connect to a tower about 1km away but apparently it's totally over subscribed with 5g users.

Initial sales and service was fine and efficient but the actual product is just the WORST DO NOT ORDER RAIN !!!
