Do NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM RAIN WORST WORST WORST SERVICE!!!

So I have placed an order with Rain for a router and paid my deposit as you should. I've placed it on the 26 November I contacted them on the 1 December only to find out that the parcel is on route contacted today again useless consultants CAN'T ASSIST AND DON'T KNOW WHAT EXACTLY TO TELL ME WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I DON'T ADVISE ANYONE TO USE THEIR SERVICES!!! CONSULTANTS ARE RUDE AND HAVE NO DESIRE TO ACTUALLY HELP!!!
