Do not Join RAIN - Worst speed connectivity - ALWAYS
When started off the connectivity was amazing. I initially had these services via another IPS hoever due to Rain deciing to cancel all 3rd party agreements I moved to another ISP. Due to my first wonderful experience with RAIN , I decided to move back to them as the previous ISP was giving me multiple connectivity Isuues. WORS DECISION EVER. The network is slow ALL THE TIME. I have logged multiple calls with RAIN and no one has bothered to respond to my ticket. Worst part they do not have a contact center for you to call. How does that even happen. Needless to say I am leaving this terrible network. I cannot do simple things like check email as everything takes forever to load. Word to the wise. Do not sign up.

Your response email was followed up by a phone to which your consultant advised she could not help me and she will escalate my ticket for someone else to assist. This was last week Thursday. I am still waiting for someone. Anyone to assist me with my complaint. I cannot be paying R479 a month and be getting download speeds of under 3mps ALL THE TIME. Its not fair and not right. I am very unhappy.
