DO NOT JOIN RAIN! ********!

I would give it a NO STAR, if it were possible. Do not subscribe to RAIN!!!. There is no network 90% of the time. They always claim that a tower burnt down, or claim that people stole cables at their towers, or claim that batteries have been ****** at their towers. When you call to report a connection problem, they make you run around the house like a headless chicken with a router looking for network. And they use all these excuses for not being able to provide network to customers who are paying every month without any disturbances. Yet they manage to debit full premiums every single month when they never delivered what they promised. I am basically paying for a service I don't use because it's always unavailable. They don't get back to customers with feedback on the progress of what they claim to be fixing at the time. This shows that there's nothing being fixed to start with. This company is testing the waters with us, using our money. Why the likes of Vodacom, telkom etc never leave customers stranded because of burnt towers?????? Why is it that only RAIN towers burn down???????????
