DO NOT JOIN RAIN!!!! NO INTERNET CONNECTION WHILE WE PAY IN FULL FOR MONTHS!!!!!!

!!ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!! We joined rain as our area showed that it has coverage on rain's website. After 2 days the wifi started giving us 0 Mbps and notifications that it didn't have internet access. We contacted rain and phoned out more than R100 in airtime just to actually get to an agent. We spoke to three agents who were all unable to assist. First two just kept saying we should reboot the rooter or that they couldn't see anything wrong with our connection. The third person told us that they were working on a tower so we left it for a while hoping the problem would resolve shortly. This was in January and we are still having issues!!! We got hold of another agent who then sent out a technician. THE TECHNICIAN HIMSELF ADVISED US THAT EVERYONE IS STRUGGLING WITH RAIN AND THAT HE IS LOOKING FOR ANOTHER JOB!!! No problem was resolved. We kept on sending our complaints and photos of the router saying No internet access or 0MBPS to the assistant on Rain's Facebook and still nothing came of it. They told us that they were sending out technicians again on 27/04/2024. No one phoned us and no one showed up!!!!!!! How pathetic??????? And now you try to phone us again on Monday????????? This is the worst service I have ever seen in my whole life.

WE HAVE NOT ONCE HAD INTERNET CONNECTION ABOVE 10Mbps AND WE ARE ON THE 30mbps PLAN!!!!

THERE HAS BEEN NO ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE OR DOWNGRADE THE PACKAGE AS WE ARE NOT GETTING THE SPEED THAT WAS ADVERTISED. WE PAID IN FULL EVERY MONTH. EVENTHOUGH THEY TOLD US THE FIRST MONTH THAT WE WOULD ONLY PAY PARTIALLY AS WE ARE NOT GETTING THE INTERNET SPEED THAT WE SHOULD GET. NEVER ONCE HAS THAT BEEN THE CASE. WE HAVE PAID IN FULL EVERY MONTH SINCE JANUARY
