Do not go for Rain the internet service is bad so is they customer service

If you ever need month to month internet service provider do not go for Rain . I have been with them for almost 3 years and I have seen how terrible the internet quality and customer service has deteriorated over the years . I have requested multiple times to have them come sort out my outside router and no one has come to assist and have escalated this multiple times .looking forward to canceling and seeking a more reliable and competent internet provider
