DO NOT GET RAIN - Most useless internet service providers

One of the most useless internet service providers I have ever come across. My 2mbps ADSL line was 100× faster than what Rain provides. You log tickets and all you get told is to change setting on the device when that fails then move the device to 10 different positions in your house, im sure if they could help tell you to put it up where the sun don't shine they'd also try that just to keep you busy why they provide a **** service. When that fails they then tell you we escalateing to our technical team which you'll never hear back from them again. The last call I was told sorry there is nothing we can do for your 0,03mbps speed as the towers in your area are under alot of strain due to high usage and there is no fix to this. Bottomline they are useless. For over the last 4 - 6 months I have spent more money buying data and logging tickets than actually having internet. DO NOT GET RAIN, ITS FALSE ADVERTISING AND A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. YOULL NEVER SEE 10MBPS EVER.
