Rain do not deserve a rating at all. If there was a minus minus minus nothing I will still look for lesser. They keep on debiting my account after I cancelled my service with them ( after they stole my money ********ly) meaning they lie about their packages. Do not believe what you see on their adverts. The prices are almost double to sometimes triple that amount. They refuse to cancel your subscription, they debit you for what ever they want to and their billing gets send to you after the debit order. Unprofessional and *******. I refuse to pay my account due to I cancelled the subscription and they refuse. Just keeps on debiting and carrying on as if they own your bank account. They refuse to look into your matter and assist when you phone. Still yell and scream at you as if you are their **** floating in the loo. No, biggest con artists and ******* of note.
