DO NOT GET RAIN DEVICE!

I ordered the Rain Loop, and while they were SUPE~R fast to take my money and deliver the Loop, the connection speed is abysmal!!! While I understand (and like they mentioned) that there would be fluctuations in speed, a max download speed of 9mbsp is just not acceptable to pay almost R700 per month. This was the HIGHEST (and was a lucky shot), the rest of the tests hovered around 5-7mpbs, and once even dropped to as low as 0.36mbps.

When I reached out to support, I was routed from chat bot to chat bot, then I eventually had to phone in, just to be told that a technician would phone me back. All I got a was a "we cannot guarantee the speed" email and the ticket was closed. No call, no support.

I immediately requested to cancel my purchase and return the product, but I once again am just being routed from chat bot to "a ticket has been opened". More than a week has now passed without anyone processing my cancellation, but they were ALL too happy to deduct a full month subscription at the start of this month.

I would NEVER recommend Rain! Poor poor poor service!
